Meatloaf

Stack Cooker Meatloaf

3lbs ground beef
bread crumbs
1/2 med onion
1 - egg
1 tbs southwest chipotle (optional)

Mix above ingredients in a thatsa bowl until thoroughly mixed.  Place the quartered onion into the chop n prep chef and chop the onion. 
Place cone in stack cooker, form a ring with the ground beef.  This will allow even cooking in the microwave.  Cover and cook on high for 13 minutes.
Meantime prepare the gravy for your meatloaf, mashed potatoes and veggie.  Enjoy.

2015 New Year Quartermania

Last Friday night was a blast.  The Quartermania was a success.  Everyone that came enjoyed themselves and several went home with lots of new TUPPERWARE!!  The QuickShake Pasta Salad, Chicken Brischetto and Chicken Noodle Soup was quite delicous
